At the Ruhr-Marathon 2004 she thrilled tens of thousands of listeners with her beautiful and enthusiastic singing at the GM car plant in Bochum. This season’s highlight was a triumphantly received concert at the German Embassy in New York in April 2006. Una Karina Harders sees her music as a universal language with which she wishes to move and connect people from all walks of life.

She is constantly searching for new ways to interpret the classical vocal literature and to combine classical singing traditions with other art forms or musical styles. Collaborations with jazz musicians or world music performers, as well as with visual artists, writers or dancers hold a special place in her „songs without borders“-programs.
